The Joiners and Leavers process which on-boards/off-boards PwC employees is also a core activity performed by the team and this will form a key part of this role.Responsibilities include:Working in coordination with team members to prepare for employee intakes.The preparation / provisioning and deployment of IT equipment to the new hires.Administration and reporting of IT assets both in stock and deployed.Maintenance of IT asset data including changes to assignee and/or staff info.The administration of employee terminations and recovery of assetsT he position requires diligence, the ability to adhere to process & controls and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to able to integrate into and work well in a team environment while also being able to work independently at a consistently high level under pressure. They must be able to plan their work and manage both their time and the expectations of key stakeholders. They must be able to communicate effectively both within their team and when engaging with key business stakeholders.Purpose-led work you'll be part ofAs a n Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
