About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our Global Health Economics team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing health economic modelling and statistical analysis projects, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing strategic input and leading business development efforts.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of country-level and global health economic modelling and statistical analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships, taking the lead in proposal development for Health Economics related projects, and identify new business opportunities.
* Provide oversight of resourcing, staff development, recruitment activities, and departmental growth within the health economics practice, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Offer technical guidance to junior modellers, assess training needs, and provide on-the-job support as required, contributing to their professional growth and development.
Requirements
* A Master's degree or equivalent in health economics or a related quantitative discipline, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and model development.
* Demonstrable experience in designing and developing complex health economic models, undertaking advanced statistical analyses, and applying economic principles to real-world problems.
* Proven track record of successful people management, business development, and leadership, with a clear vision for the future of the health economics practice.
