As a Coffee Shop Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow your career with a nationwide retailer.
 * Lead the standard of coffee quality, customer service, and presentation in the unit while providing constant supervision in all areas.
 * Develop and maintain excellent communication skills with Senior Management in the store.
 * Provide a fast, friendly, and efficient level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with coffee and preferably managing in a similar operation. Barista skills with a knowledge and understanding of coffee are essential, along with experience using a 3 group machine or similar. Experience and training on HACCP and Food Safety are also required.
This role involves operating a 3 group manual/semi-automatic coffee machine, preparing and assisting with food preparation, setting up counters and merchandising the Kiosk, and taking full responsibility for all products from the point of entry to the exit. Developing an efficient cleaning schedule is key to ensuring regular and systematic cleaning of the coffee machine and equipment in the Kiosk.
