The Fleet Insurance Manager is responsible for administering motor insurance programmes, including managing premiums, coordinating with partners, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* Insurance Administration: Manage insurance records, calculate premiums, and ensure compliance.
* Claims & Incident Management: Act as central escalation point, liaise with depots, and maintain accurate records.
* Risk Management: Regularly communicate with depots on risk matters, share performance data, and provide targeted advice.
Requirements
* Previous experience using telematics systems an advantage.
* 3 years experience in a similar insurance, fleet risk, or transport compliance role preferred.
* Clean driving licence required.
* Insurance qualifications such as APA, CIP, MDI, CII or similar preferred.
Strong organisational and analytical skills, relationship building, excellent communication, attention to detail, and financial acumen required. Experience with telematics systems and insurance databases beneficial.
