Title: Customer Service Supervisor -Supermac's/Papa John's/Supersubs
JOB PURPOSE:
The Customer Service Supervisor provides ongoing support to the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their unit. The Supervisors work as a team with training coordinators and staff at the unit level. The Supervisor reports to the General Manager. Ongoing support and development is given from the General Manager, and various management duties will be delegated as necessary. The Supervisor is fully responsible for the customers, staff, operations, and cash on his/her shift, and will be held accountable to ensure company policy is met in each area.
THE JOB:
* Ensure the smooth running of the shift
* Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
* Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards
* Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
* Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
* Training the team on all aspects of the Supermac's operations
* Co-ordinate in-store sales and promotions
* To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Fast-paced "non-stop" environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain requirements of the business with regards to the level of business, quality of staff, quantity of staff, preparedness for business demands, etc. Certain business volumes necessitate prolonged periods without sitting down.
