Benefits / Details:
£18.57 per hour + £2.24 holiday pay = £20.81 per hour
Ongoing temporary role to start ASAP, until the end of the year (you must be available to start within a maximum of 2 week's notice)
35 hours per week (flexible working hours)
Location: Central Stoke-On-Trent
Hybrid working, minimum two days in the office (Thursday required)

What will you be doing as the People Officer?
Advising, supporting and coaching managers on all aspects of the employee life cycle including employee relations cases.
Guiding managers on the correct application of People policies.
Supporting with recruitment activity.
Supporting organisational change processes.
Contributing to People projects and continuous improvements.
Working with senior leaders to support operational goals.
What do you need to be considered for the role of People Officer?
Minimum of two years' experience in an HR role.
Experience advising managers on Employee Relations cases.
Available to start within a maximum of 2 weeks' notice.
