We're looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our growing production team, where every day is about crafting delicious snacks with care, precision, and pride.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a vital part of our bakery team, you'll help bring our fresh products to life.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Weighing and preparing ingredients to create high-quality mixes on schedule.
Shaping dough and rolling balls into our signature finished goods, attention to detail is key
Packing products with care to meet customer order deadlines.
Maintaining a sharp eye on product quality and consistency.
Helping to ensure the bakery is clean, organised, and meets top food safety standards.

Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Has excellent spoken English to ensure clear communication.
Local to Rathcoole or able to commute daily to Greenogue Business Park.
Bonus Points:
Previous experience in a bakery, food production, or manufacturing environment.
HACCP training or understanding of food safety procedures.
