Procurement Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist industry as a procurement coordinator, working closely with a dedicated team in Dundalk. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, supplier relationships, and office administration while supporting our procurement processes.


About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administration, ideally within the kitchen, cabinetry, or interiors industry. You will be expected to possess strong knowledge of kitchen components, fittings, and measurements, along with excellent organisational and time-management skills.


Main Responsibilities:

* Raise, process, and track purchase orders for materials and kitchen components.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.
* Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and supplier details.
* Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure orders align with specifications and measurements.
* Provide general office administration support, including documentation, filing, and scheduling.
* Assist in preparing procurement reports and tracking expenses.
* E nsure compliance with company policies and quality standards.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administration, ideally within the kitchen, cabinetry, or interiors industry.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen components, fittings, and measurements.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
