Accounts Assistant 6 Month Contract €40,000 - €45,000 Co. Laois An accounts assistant role is opening, on a contract basis, in a leading Leinster hotel property. Reporting to the on-site Financial Controller, this role will cover various functions within the accounts team as follows: MAIN DUTIES: (1) Revenue Reporting Preparation and communication of daily & weekly Revenues Daily Revenue audit and reconciliation processes (2) Payroll Processing Process payroll on Quantum software (weekly) Preparation of labour reports Preparation of payroll journals (3) Other Duties AR Ledger and credit control management Voucher administration Assist with General Ledger postings, Balance sheet reconciliations, Year End processing and External Audit process The Person Experience in similar busy accounts department Hotel experience is an advantage Strong excel experience would be advantageous
