Graduate Customer Service Representative – Late Evening Shift (5pm to 1am)
Our client, a Galway-based healthcare business, seeks to hire a customer service representative. This is a permanent, on-site role reporting to the customer service manager.
This is a night shift position, working hours from 5pm to 1am, Monday to Friday.
Due to late hours, a driver’s license is needed as public transport is unavailable. The role is based at Briarhill in Galway City. It is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals with a background in hospitality or bars.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to Brand Partner and Customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions, and account issues.
3. Handle product complaints, ensuring prompt resolution in line with company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
4. Provide clear guidance on company policies, promotions, and compensation plans.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, business models, and compliance guidelines.
6. Process refunds, exchanges, and adjustments according to company policies.
7. Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
8. Assist Brand Partners in navigating back-office systems and understanding their earnings and orders.
9. Represent the company professionally, courteously, and knowledgeably.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
11. Follow company procedures and industry regulations to maintain compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Native language speaker of one or more languages.
2. Fluency in spoken and written English.
3. Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in network marketing or direct sales.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

All company training must be completed, and policies followed. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
