Reporting to The Leisure Club Manager, the purpose of this role is to take a pro‑active role in the overall operations of the leisure club facility in line with 4 star requirements while providing a high level of member and guest service and maintaining a happy and safe environment.

Main Responsibilities
Assist in providing a variety of classes and keep up to date with current trends
Provide induction to members of the facilities within the club including fitness tests and gym programme
Maintain a good standard of safety and cleanliness within the facility
Assist with swim lessons and swim camps
What is Required
At minimum 1 year of previous experience in a leisure club or gym environment
Qualified swim teacher and pool lifeguard is desirable
Qualified gym instructor is desirable
Previous experience of pool plant and current first aid qualification is desired but not essential
