About The Role
The role of an Executive Assistant involves providing comprehensive support to Commercial Regional Heads, acting as their first point of contact and coordinating schedules, meetings, and international travel.
This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced and highly organized individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and build relationships across the Commercial leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for Commercial Regional Heads, reviewing and tracking incoming enquiries.
2. Manage calendars and diaries, including scheduling, meetings, and international travel.
3. Liaise with travel agents to book travel, hotels, and transportation when necessary.
4. Provide high-level business support, preparing meeting agendas, briefing packs, presentations, and documents, ensuring follow-up actions are progressed.
5. Coordinate, attend, and take minutes for team meetings and other relevant meetings.
6. Maintain relationships across the Commercial leadership team to ensure coordination of priority workstreams and ongoing management of actions and status reports.
7. Support project management, reviewing and summarizing reports, presentations, and documents suitable for presentation at Board level.
8. Maintain trackers and access to key information through internal systems and data management processes.
9. Organize team and customer events.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
* At least 5 years' experience or equivalent in a similar role.
* Experience working in a financial setting or aircraft leasing sector is a distinct advantage.
* Demonstrable experience in working with sensitive business correspondence and other information with confidentiality and discretion.
* Relationship building across all levels of the business and with external contacts, vendors, and partners.
* Self-motivated with initiative to track and follow through on all queries and issues to successful completion.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring high levels of flexibility and adaptability.
* Experience of multitasking and prioritizing an ever-changing workload.
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Proficient in utilizing the complete Microsoft Office suite.
* Effective meeting management and coordination.
* Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
