Accountant Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant to join our finance team in Tipperary.

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts for group entities and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
* Financial Planning: Assist with budgeting, tax planning, and system improvements to optimize financial performance.
* Cash Flow Management: Reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage intercompany transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
* Financial Analysis: Oversee cash flow and financial reporting to provide insights for business decisions.
* Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
About You:
* You must be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 13 years of post-qualification experience.
* Excellent IT and finance systems skills are essential for this role.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with the team and drive results.
* Fluent English language skills are required for this position.
