Promoting Lyons of Limerick highest standards of Customer Service, the senior service advisor will be a peoples person with excellent communications skills, who works well under pressure, being diligent with the ability to deliver consistent accuracy. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Customer Operations team with projects Identifying customer needs and using product knowledge to obtain sales Professional, self-motivated and process driven Processing orders and resolving customer queries. Working to KPIs independently and as a team The ideal candidate will be very customer focused with outstanding communication skills, remaining professional at all times and representing the business values. Key Competencies Minimum of three years experience in similar role Fluent in verbal and written English.
