JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager - Part Time

DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Develop, implement, and manage the Hotel Brand's digital activity, ensuring it is consistent and aligned with the brand identity and positioning across all the hotel's online campaigns, including but not limited to brand websites, direct to consumer website, booking portals, content management, and social media platforms.

Place consumer insights at the heart of the marketing to improve the online consumer journey/path to purchase and develop new initiatives to drive online purchases and enhance the consumer experience on the online platforms.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Hotel General Manager / Group Marketing Director

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Social Media, Content Creation, Hotel Branding

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Support the overall sales and marketing effort for the hotels by developing innovative and relevant content for the customer across all online touchpoints: campaigns, social media, CRM, services, online booking engines, etc.
* Assist with E-Commerce related digital projects.
* Be responsible for the Hotel's website content, ensuring it is relevant and up to date with the Hotel Sales strategy.
* Manage brand content on online distribution platforms - Online Travel Agencies, etc.
* Assist with driving consumer CRM strategy and execution of campaign activities while working closely with the hotel and Tifco management teams.
* Assist with CRM management - database acquisition (lead generation) and activation loyalty.
* Provide oversight of customer review websites (TripAdvisor, Expedia, etc.) to ensure guest feedback is monitored, responded to, and shared with the hotel team.
* Develop creative content and strategies to drive brand engagement across websites and social media.
* Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content as it’s created.
* Help to optimize paid campaigns across all platforms.
* Manage and oversee the daily rollout of content on all social media channels.
* Build on and grow an already strong network of followers on social media, increasing brand loyalty.
* Creation of content designed to create engagement and grow followers. Work with hotels to develop marketing content - infographics, blog posts, video testimonials, presentations.
* Report engagement results of campaigns monthly.
* Assist with other sales and marketing activities, press events, fam trips, and advertising campaigns.
* Attend events, training sessions, and meetings as required.
* Carry out any other reasonable request by management.
