This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape and drive the compliance agenda.
The successful candidate will hold the PCF-12.
What you can expect: Act as the primary compliance function within Ireland, ensuring the business meets its regulatory obligations.
Lead the development of the compliance monitoring and testing framework.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Central Bank of Ireland.
Provide assistance to the global compliance team.
What you need to apply: A background in general insurance is preferable.
Proven track record as a senior compliance professional.
Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with group stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to think critically and problem solve.
