Job Title: Customer Support Administrator
Location: Limerick
Remuneration: €14.80 - €17.25 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary ongoing, dependant on client requirements
Responsibilities:
Support the company's clients with order and service
Deliver pre and post-sales support to customers and channel partners
Prepare accurate quotations in line with company standards
Conduct analysis and reporting, including weekly updates for customers
Manage quality returns and coordinate with repair centres
Resolve post-sales issues related to orders, delivery, and payments
Validate data across reports for sales representatives and customers
Take on assigned projects and adapt responsibilities to meet goals
Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Administrator to join our dynamic team! As the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to RFQs, sales orders, and RMAs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Experience in a customer support or account coordination role
Strong analytical and technical skills to manage complex projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
Demonstrable organisational skills and ability to work independently
Capability to plan and implement new technologies as required
