Senior Leadership Role
This is a high-level position that focuses on developing and implementing operational excellence across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Deliver contracts for services and cleaning markets.
* Manage multiple sites, people, and services lines, working with executive-level management to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans.
* Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity, developing and implementing day-to-day systems and processes.
* Review current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement, and building relationships with department heads, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
* A Business Degree or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a successful track record of operating at a strategic level and building client relationships.
* Strong knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines, able to drive innovation throughout the organisation.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills, capable of building lasting client relationships.
