Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Social Media Strategist to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong consultative capabilities and a solid understanding of the media agency and creative agency landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
* Learn and lead online and in-person training of creative best practices for our client's family of apps to agencies
* Provide creative consultations to creative and media agencies, to improve their creative on the apps
* Build strong relationships with the client's Agency sales organization and key cross-functional partners within central and regional teams
* Deliver live and recorded presentations to agency partners and other large audiences
* Track, analyze, package up and report results from the program
Minimum Qualifications:
* 7+ years of relevant experience in a creative, client facing role
* Experience working in a marketing agency
* Experience working on digital media campaigns within a creative, digital or media agency (strategy or creative)
* Proven ability present in front of large audiences and to senior stakeholders
* Experience executing a multi-channel marketing plan, including creating content such as decks, playbooks, one-sheeters, running and delivering events etc.
* Experience with TikToks/ reels strongly desired
Key Requirements: The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the media agency and creative agency landscape and be able to provide expert-level guidance on creative best practices. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Experience with TikToks/ reels is highly desirable but not essential.
