We are hiring an Optical Network Operations Engineer for a business operating at scale across complex network environments. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced network professional with expertise in DWDM, optical transport technologies, and network troubleshooting.

You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-scale DWDM and optical network environments. The successful candidate will bring strong operational experience, excellent analytical ability, and a hands‑on approach to problem solving across optical and IP‑based network technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Optical Network Operations or Optical Network Support role
Proven experience in the rollout and operations of large DWDM networks
Strong knowledge of optical network technologies
Experience using optical planning and modelling tools
Strong experience troubleshooting DWDM and optical systems
Excellent network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills
Ideally you are a technically strong network professional who is comfortable working in high‑performance environments and supporting critical infrastructure. You bring a detail‑oriented, methodical approach to troubleshooting and can work confidently across both optical and routed network environments.
