Senior Product Development Manager
This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex programmes and projects to successfully launch new products. The successful candidate will drive NPI execution by coordinating engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, digital/IT, and commercial stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strategic problem solvers: People who anticipate issues, analyse complex situations, develop data-driven recommendations, and lead teams to effective solutions.
* Cross-functional team leadership: Experience leading New Product Introduction projects or equivalent complex product launch programmes.
* Excellent communication skills: Strong stakeholder management and influence skills with proven experience managing competing priorities.
* Project management capability: Proven ability to plan, organise multiple tasks concurrently while identifying project risks throughout the lifecycle.
PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH A BACHELORS DEGREE AND 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TECHNICAL OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLES.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES REGULATED MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENTS.
The ideal candidate must be able to travel up to 10% of their working time.
