Role Description
This is a full-time, fully remote role
for an
Outbound Sales Development Executive
on a
6-month fixed-term contract
, with a base salary of
€2,500 per month plus commission
.
The role is focused on
outbound phone-based sales development
. You will contact organisations identified by our internal WCAG sales system, qualify opportunities, and
book sales meetings
for our Head of Sales.
Sales cycles can take several weeks. While occasional sales may close over the phone, your main responsibility is
opening high-quality opportunities
, not full-cycle closing.
There is a
possibility of permanent employment
at the end of the contract,
based strictly on performance
.
What You Will Be Doing
* Making outbound calls to prospective clients across Ireland
* Using real data (accessibility risk, screenshots, website structure) to guide conversations
* Speaking with senior stakeholders in public, charity and commercial organisations
* Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for:
* accessibility audits and services
* web and digital services
* Keeping accurate records in our CRM
* Working closely with the Head of Sales to improve scripts and conversion
Outbound calling begins in your
first week
, with training and support provided alongside live calling.
Contract & Pay
* 6-month fixed-term employment contract
* €2,500 per month (gross)
* Commission paid on closed revenue where you originated and qualified the opportunity
Commission structure:
* WCAG Baseline Audits: 7%
* Audit + Remediation Bundles: 9%
* Annual WCAG Support Retainers: 9% (first year only)
* Irish Media Agency digital projects: 5%
Strong performers can earn significantly above base pay.
Qualifications
* Native-level spoken English
(essential)
* Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or phone-based roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
* Organised, professional and self-motivated
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
* Understanding of digital services, web or marketing is a plus
* Familiarity with tourism, heritage or non-profit sectors is an advantage
