Site Operations Engineer

As a site operations engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering services to the plant. Your focus will be on maximizing equipment availability and reliability by working closely with production teams to ensure optimal performance.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Engineering Support: Provide technical support to site engineers and technicians on process engineering, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
2. Capital Projects: Manage capital engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to the Abbvie Project Lifecycle approach.
3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance operations efficiency and equipment reliability.
Requirements:
* A degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, or a related field.
* Five years of experience in site operations, API manufacturing, OSD manufacturing, or bio-pharmaceuticals.
* A proven track record of delivering capital projects and improving operations through effective project management and technical expertise.
