The company is interested in hearing from EXPERIENCED KITCHEN ASSISTANTS who have relevant experience to join the kitchen team in our facility in Parkside Childcare, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.
This is a min 30 hours per week
Monday - Wednesday 12-5pm
Thursday & Friday 8am-5pm

Duties include
* To assist the Chef in all aspects of the kitchen
* Ensure the highest standards of health, hygiene and safety.
* To ensure regulatory compliance at all times for all food production areas.
* To attend all necessary training programmes to develop your own potential and enable your progress in the company
* Cleaning shifts of common areas in the building to be completed as directed by management
* Ensuring cleanliness of equipment, materials and all food related dishes.

Requirements from Candidates :
* HACCP Level 2. Additional experience and qualifications are highly desirable
* Clear Garda Vetting (and International police clearance if having lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months) is required.
* Two written references, one from your most recent employer, that will be verified.
* Available to work the assigned hours Monday - Friday
