Supporting Excellence in Dining Operations:
As a Dining Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting with all aspects of food and beverage operations within the hotel's restaurant, bar, and banqueting facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

* Food and Beverage Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of food and beverage products and hotel services to offer expert advice and recommendations to guests.
* Teamwork and Flexibility: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and adapt to changing situations as needed.
* Hygiene and Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to statutory regulations and guidelines to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
* Maintenance and Support: Report maintenance issues to management and assist with setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and equipment for banquets and events.
