Site Operations Manager
The primary objective of this position is to lead a team and ensure the smooth execution of cleaning services within a large airport environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and experience in managing cleaning services.

* Lead and motivate a large team to achieve objectives, focusing on providing exceptional service delivery.
* Manage the execution of soft services projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
* Coordinate staff briefings, toolbox talks, and daily stand-downs with direct reports.
* Verify payroll details and manage staff cover costs and overtime closely.
* Budgetary control of costs and variances, with clear explanations.
* Support business development teams regarding surveys, pricing, and meeting prospective clients.
* Ensure contract specifications are met through regular auditing and implementation of corrective actions.
* Operational responsibility of projects, including management of sub-contractors and supply chain.
* Development of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Manage timely completion of reactive tasks within the soft services team.

* Experience managing the execution of soft services projects.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt these skills at all levels of the business.
* Highly resilient and flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a calm and methodical decision-making approach to any issues arising within their area.
