This role will be based on a hybrid working model.You will work on a critically important product used in more than 35 countries, helping professionals prepare for and respond to any type of emergency, from winter storms and severe floods, to oil spills, corporate crises, and evenastronaut rescue operations.You will initially join the team in a morehands-on capacity, gaining familiarity with the project and the existing team. Over the first 2–3 months, you will gradually transition into ateam lead-focused role, taking responsibility formanaging a team of five.While you won't be coding as heavily as the developers, maintaining strong full-stack skills is essential. You will use them to guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and step in when needed to unblock progress.
