Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities on site. This includes coordinating and monitoring the labor force and specialist subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
* Assist in monitoring progress to meet agreed programme targets.
* Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
* Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in management roles.
* Previous experience working on high-end commercial/mixed-use development projects.
* A third-level qualification or relevant trades background.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft software.
* Strong delegation and organisational skills.
* The ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
