The Accommodation Supervisor will oversee the standard of work within the accommodation department to ensure exceptional quality. They will report directly to the Head of Department and lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to guests.
Key responsibilities include monitoring bedrooms, cottages, villas, and public areas daily to maintain the highest standards. They will direct the team, organize tasks, and oversee cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, they will contribute to the training and coaching process for all team members.
This role requires strong organizational skills, effective leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A valid, clean EU driving license is also required.

* Overssee and check bedrooms, cottages, villas, and public areas daily to meet the required standards.
* Lead and direct the team of accommodation assistants and organise their duties daily.
* Ensure all departmental checklists are completed and checked daily by the supervisor before going off duty.
* Contribute to the training and coaching of all team members.
* Oversee the cleanliness of rooms division and all public areas in the hotel including villas and cottages.
