Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis, mainly at weekends. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head Chef and team to deliver consistently high standards of food for our guests, whether for weddings, events, or restaurant service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard across all sections.
* Ensure consistency and quality in all food leaving the kitchen.
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during busy service periods.
* Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen during functions and service.
* Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation.
* Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy events.
* A positive attitude and strong team player.
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
* Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable.
