Director,
Define and implement risk management frameworks, governance and reporting aligned to client and organisational objectives.
Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, providing trusted advisory support.
Oversee programme and portfolio‑level risk exposure, ensuring effective integration with cost, schedule and commercial controls.
Lead, mentor and develop Risk Management teams, setting standards and best practices.
Provide independent challenge on critical risks, mitigation strategies and residual exposure.
Support business development through senior input to bids, proposals and client engagements.
Qualifications
15+ years' experience delivering risk management across complex construction or projects and programmes.
Proven experience operating at Director or senior level within a consulting environment.
Strong track record advising clients.
Deep understanding of international construction standards, risk frameworks and best practice.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
