Residential Development Foreperson
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Trades Foreperson to join our team on large-scale residential projects in Dublin 15. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assessing work activities to be carried out and planning the required resources;
* Managing and coordinating site staff and sub-contractors;
* Liaising closely with the design team, Site Manager, and other stakeholders;
The ideal candidate will have a background in residential developments, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
