Site Manager/Supervisor Data Center OUR CLIENT: Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects. They are heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers. They are seeking a civils Site manager / supervisor for a new build DC on the Meath Dublin border No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude. You wil be a hands-on procative character DUTIES: Set up Site, supervise, coordinate and monitor sub-contractors performance Ensure that all project safety requirements are met and adhered to. To be the main point of contact for CSA subcontractors specifically civil constractors - groundworks, foundations, utilities, concrete etc. Maintain accurate records of extra works and variations and ensuring appropriate communication of same Check and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors / omissions are formally communicated to Project Manager. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice Ensure compliance with the company's quality procedures.
