Role: Finance Systems Manager – Workday Financials
Role type: Permanent
Role location: Dublin – hybrid working
Salary: €150,000 – 175,000, depending on experience
Our client is a high-growth international technology business who are seeking a Finance Systems Leader to take ownership of Workday Financials and continue to implement it across its international entities.
This role offers the opportunity to build scalable, compliant finance systems, working closely with global Finance Systems, Finance and IT teams to deliver multi-entity, multi-currency solutions that support rapid international expansion, with the view to focus on the continuous improvement and automation of their systems landscape as it matures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials for international entities as they look to go live later this year
Design and automate intercompany accounting processes
Configure systems to support transfer pricing and multi-currency operations
Build robust reporting and close frameworks across IFRS, local GAAP, and US GAAP
Establish automated controls, governance, and audit-ready reporting
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors through go-live and beyond
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Workday Financials implementations and project delivery experience (essential)
Experience migrating from legacy ERPs to a new global finance system
Strong knowledge of international accounting, intercompany processes, and multi-entity environments
Experience supporting statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
Ability to translate accounting requirements into system design and automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
