About Your New Employer
Our client is a top Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors practice based in Dublin City centre, who are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Practice Manager.
This person would manage all HR functions for the practice while also solely managing the office management needs as well.
The role will begin as a fully onsite role with flexibility for a hybrid working model after completion of the probationary period.
About Your New Job
Manage day-to-day operations of the practice including organising management meetings, liaising with managing suppliers, overseeing facilities and office inventory etc.
Run recruiting campaigns and the full employee life cycle
Work directly with managers on performance management, change management and people development
Manage all HR administration needs such as updating and maintain employee files, answering employee queries etc.
Create and execute staff engagement initiatives
Develop and implement better processes across billing, filing, accounts payable, scheduling and reporting
Troubleshooting IT issues and leading rollout of new software programs to the practice.
Solely responsible for Partner schedules
Manage the practice website and social media updates
Assist with special projects as assigned
What Skills You Need
2+ years HR Administration and Recruitment
2+ years of Office Management experience
Professional services industry experience preferred
Familiarity with regulatory compliance
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to "roll up your sleeves" with willingness to assist with various tasks
