Financial Leadership Role
A seasoned financial expert is required to lead a small finance team, overseeing key aspects of the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Monthly management accounts and supporting management information
* Manage payroll, employee benefits, VAT, and compliance duties
* Oversee operating costs and assist with annual budget preparation
* Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required by Group Finance
* Management of inventory, costings, and stock control data
* Prepare year-end statutory accounts and liaise with auditors
Requirements
* A qualified accountant with relative post-qualification experience
* Proven management skills and strong team player/negotiator abilities
* Business system experience preferably including SAP Business One
* Advanced Excel skills
