Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a team of Area ManagersOwn your site, address issues, and enhance site performanceAnalyze performance metrics and implement improvement actionsCollaborate with support teams such as HR, Finance, DSPs, IT, ACES, and EngineeringDesign and implement initiatives to improve operational performanceA Day in the LifeYou will oversee the entire Delivery Station, manage teams, monitor performance, and seek continuous improvement.
Your role involves close operational management and contributing to site innovation.
Daily tasks include stakeholder collaboration, performance analysis, demand planning, and coaching your team to excel.
