On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting a Part-Time Office & Marketing Administratorto join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and digitally savvy administrator who enjoys combining marketing and social media responsibilities with general office and HR support. Please note: Marketing & Social Media experience is essential and is the main priority for this role. While the role is part-time (20 hours per week), the successful candidate must be flexible to work full days occasionallyto provide office cover during annual leave periods. The Role This is a varied, hands-on position where you will take ownership of the companys digital presence while supporting CRM, HR, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Social Media (Primary Focus) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Monitor and respond to social media enquiries, helping to build trust and brand engagement Assist with digital marketing materials such as flyers, email newsletters, and website updates Track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics CRM Administration Maintain and update the company CRM system (OnePageCRM or similar) Manage follow-ups and action lists to support sales activity Prepare weekly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline activity HR & Office Administration Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files Support onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks Track staff leave, training, and certification renewals Provide general administrative and office support as required Cover front-office duties during annual leave periods About You Proven Marketing & Social Media experience (essential) Comfortable using social platforms and basic design tools such as Canva Previous CRM experience (OnePageCRM or similar) is highly advantageous Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Professional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive HR information Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work additional full days when required Whats on Offer Flexible part-time hours (20 hours per week) ideally over 5 days A supportive and professional working environment Opportunity to take ownership of marketing and digital presence Varied role with genuine responsibility and autonomy If you are a proactive administrator with strong marketing and social media skills and are seeking a flexible part-time role, wed love to hear from you.
