Taysey Leadership Network (TLN) is an Ireland-registered, mission-led organisation committed to empowering minoritised communities through leadership development, education, advocacy, and strategic partnerships.
TLN delivers conferences, leadership programmes, youth initiatives, and policy-focused engagements across Ireland and internationally, including the UK and the United States.
TLN is governed by a Board of Directors operating under the Companies Act 2014.
Board meetings are held on a hybrid basis.
The Role
TLN is seeking a Director with legal or regulatory expertise to support Board-level oversight of compliance, risk, and statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Advise the Board on legal and regulatory risks
Support compliance with the Companies Act 2014
Provide oversight on contracts and governance policies
Ensure appropriate legal advice is sought when required
Skills And Experience
Qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal professional (preferred)
Experience in governance, employment, or commercial law advantageous
Strong ethical judgment
Time Commitment
Four Board meetings per year (hybrid)

Board meetings are held quarterly
Meetings are hybrid (mix of in-person and virtual)
Directors may be based in Ireland or internationally
International participation is welcomed, with time-zone considerations
