* 15 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday
* €15.00 per hour

What You'll Do
* You will be working independently in a kitchen environment, responsible for all aspects of food preparation and service.
* The role involves preparing and serving meals for approximately 10 people in a home‑style setting.
* You will prepare daily breakfasts and traditional roast dinners, ensuring meals are well‑presented, nutritious, and meet dietary requirements.
* As the sole chef, you will manage the kitchen from start to finish, including planning, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness to high standards.
What You'll Bring
* Work independently to run a small kitchen serving around 10 people.
* Prepare daily breakfasts and traditional roast dinners.
* Plan menus, manage stock, and keep the kitchen clean and organised.
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Previous chef experience required.
