Job Title: Financial Leadership Role
We are seeking a Financial Leader to oversee the financial operations of our organisation.
This role is critical for a finance professional who brings rigour, leadership and a strong appetite for change.
1. Lead and manage the financial operations ensuring accuracy, compliance and effective control.
2. Consolidate and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
3. Drive improvements in ERP usage with a focus on automation and efficiency.
4. Oversee external audit process and maintain relationships with auditors and advisors.
5. Manage cash flow debt financing and covenant reporting with a proactive approach.
6. Provide strategic financial insight and recommendations to senior leadership.
7. Ensure tax compliance and manage external reporting in collaboration with advisors.
8. Develop a small finance team building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
9. Support compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will bring:
* Professional accounting qualification with at least 8 years experience.
* Experience in a similar role within a multi-entity organisational structure.
* Audit background and experience managing external audit processes.
* Private equity environment or leveraged business experience.
* Ability to lead and develop a small team.
* Skilled in financial analysis problem solving and decision making.
* Strong communication skills to work across all levels of the organisation.
