Job Title: Deli Supervisor

Are you passionate about cooking and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deli Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our deli. This is a hands-on role where you will lead a team in preparing fresh, delicious meals for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support the deli team to ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
* Prepare and cook fresh meals daily using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible.
* Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies.
* Assist in menu planning and introduce new meal ideas to keep offerings fresh and exciting.

* A genuine passion for cooking and high-quality food.
* Previous experience in a deli, kitchen, or food preparation environment (supervisory experience a plus).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and positive attitude.
