Job Title:
Sales Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
Drive Revenue Growth and Expand Market Share.
REPORTING TO:
Agri General Manager
LOCATION: Limerick/Nenagh
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
* Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed performance goals.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market share,
* Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
* Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Manage sales budgets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
* Work with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.
* Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:
* Bachelor Agricultural Science or Business Degree.
* Proven experience in a field sales management role is desirable.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in analysing data and identify trends.
