Wedding Bartender (late bar shift until 4.30am)

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Wedding Bartender to join our team and help deliver outstanding service in our lively bar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and draught beers, in line with hotel standards.
* Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area.
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the hotel's POS system.
* Check identification and adhere to responsible alcohol service regulations.
* Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
* Assist in stock control, including restocking and monitoring inventory levels.
* Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with hotel policies and legal requirements.
* Work collaboratively with other bar and restaurant staff to support a smooth and efficient service.
* Assist in setting up and closing down the bar, including cleaning duties.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous bartending experience in a hotel or busy bar environment is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Barista experience is an advantage.
* HACCP or responsible service of alcohol certification is a plus.
