We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Galway team.
The ideal candidate should have the energy, enthusiasm and skills to assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of a busy Health Club. A proven track record in the fitness or retail industries is an advantage.
You will be responsible for assisting the Club Manager in the general running of all aspects of the club with specific emphasis on the sale of new memberships, ensuring all members are having a great experience, management of staff and contractors plus health and safety requirements. This is a full-time position and is available for an immediate start (there are no late shifts or night shifts, the staffed hours are as follows: 11am-8pm Monday to Thursday. 9am-6pm on a Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturday.)

This role will include the following:
* Sales Management - Driving sales through local community and corporate outreach
* Assist in Marketing Management to drive membership growth
* Maintaining high quality gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S etc)
* Administration
* Social media and club management reporting
Successful candidates should have the following:
* Outstanding customer service and people skills
* Ability to build and nurture relationships with the local community, customers and team members
* Sales and management experience
* A proven ability to hit targets
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Genuine interest and passion with the fitness industry and growing trends
* First Aid Certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €28,000.00-€35,200.00 per year
