Motor Claims Team Leader
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role and lead a team of motor claims handlers. This involves managing their workflow, providing guidance and support, and helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
In addition to leading the team, you will also be responsible for conducting quality audits and file reviews to ensure that we are meeting the highest standards of compliance and best practice. You will also act as the team's complaints champion, resolving any escalations and promoting a customer-first culture within the team.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in motor claims handling, ideally in a complex or disputed context
* Previous experience or a strong appetite for team leadership or coaching
* CIP qualification (or actively working towards) preferred
