Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proactive and self‑motivated, able to work on own initiative with a reliable and flexible approach. Strong PC and administrative skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Calm and focused under pressure, maintaining accuracy and professionalism at all times.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:General administrative duties including processing expense claims, booking travel, diary management, and inputting timesheets.Providing administrative support to the team across various projects, coordinating requirements and ensuring smooth delivery.Managing the logistics and administration of meetings and events, including booking/confirming venues, arranging catering, or scheduling Online Learning Platform sessions as required.Liaising with SMEs, external vendors, and senior stakeholders across different business functions within KPMG.Ensuring records are accurately maintained in internal systems, tracking task completion and monitoring deadlines, and providing updates to the team.Preparing and reviewing reports, proposals, and presentations with strong attention to detail, using Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Providing support to ensure the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the department.Contributing to key initiatives and projects as required.Your TeamOur Turnaround and Restructuring practice operate in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Belfast, and consists of over 80 highly skilled professionals.We are a leading provider of turnaround solutions to underperforming companies and we work with stakeholders to restructure businesses that are experiencing financial difficulties and seek to rebuild corporate performance and restore stakeholder confidence.We offer businesses in difficulty, regardless of size, a clear assessment of the way forward.Discover How KPMG Can Enrich Your Life Beyond Your CareerBenefits Tailored For YouAt KPMG, we understand that life is multifaceted.
