The Team
The Cahernane team is a group of 45 people who work together to deliver a unique, warm and hospitable experience for all our guests. The Role
If you would like to progress within your career, this may be the exciting opportunity you’ve been searching for. You must demonstrate a passion for food, and have a good level of experience preparing bar food in a busy Irish hotel, bar or restaurant of a 4 star standard or above. Reporting to the Head Chef our Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the kitchen and get the opportunity to contribute to a kitchen team with high standards. Candidates must also be eligible to work in Ireland and have a good level of english.
About The Role
What’s involved in the role:
• Preparing mise en place and menu dishes for service for allocated section to the required standard specifications.
• Ensuring the smooth running of food service in conjunction with the kitchen and restaurant teams.
• Working in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to.
• Receiving and storing supplier deliveries and stock rotation in accordance with HACCP specifications.
