Role Overview
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Team Supervision and management – play an integral role in the supervision and development of the Websales team, ensure productivity and accuracy of order processing is maintained. Support the Head of Ecommerce in the management and ensuring the continued strong performance of the team.
* Order Fulfilment - Owning and delivering an enriching experience for our customers and ensuring online orders are processed by the team inside SLA (Service level agreements).
* Customer Service – Dealing with all general correspondence and telephone-based duties ensuring speedy resolution in line with SLAs. Ensuring colleagues are doing the right thing for our customers.
* Ensuring the team are updating system records with customer updates, checking accuracy of daily activities and assisting with the day to day running of the Web Operations.
* Support with our web merchandising i.e. product updates and ensure any inaccuracies on our websites are reported and rectified immediately.
* Work closely with the Ecommerce, Commercial, Merchandising, Logistics (Dublin CSC) teams and UK contact centre i.e. to share insights and support with reports.
* Working with Microsoft Excel sheets, processing online payments and verifying payments through our system.
* Contacting customers via phone or e-mail to ensure customers what delivery date suits or if a product is unavailable.
* Managing the team roster and ensuring colleagues are carrying out their roles in a satisfactory manner, managing performance where necessary in conjunction with HR function.
Qualifications
* Experience Managing a team – preferably within a contact centre environment.
* Results orientated, reporting and analysis skills.
* Proven coaching skills – lead by example and be focused with a can‑do positive attitude.
* Leaving Certificate.
* Attention to detail.
* Demonstrate a passion for customer service.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Competent in Microsoft Excel.
* Resilient and resourceful in nature, with advanced ability to adapt swiftly in a fast‑moving environment.
