Senior Program Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large‑scale GenAI infrastructure deployments within customer data centres. This remote role involves significant travel to Norway and Finland and is crucial for overseeing and delivering complex technology projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Management Office, account team, client resources, delivery partner resources, and executive stakeholders to develop and implement plans for GenAI infrastructure deployments.
Take ownership and accountability for delivery across all teams, resources, and partners involved in the deployment process.
Engage with customer stakeholders and internal teams before deal closure to anticipate and manage potential issues.
Manage delivery aspects including rack‑building, testing, logistics, deployment, and handover.
Maintain strong communication and management with executive stakeholders both internally and with customers.
Ensure strong program governance while being pragmatic and agile.
Regularly visit data centres to oversee performance and ensure client acceptance of installations.
Provide strategic and advisory consultation to customers to drive business outcomes.
Ensure quality service and operational performance in all project deliverables.
Focus cross‑functional teams and customers on achieving end‑state solutions and driving business outcomes.
Allocate and manage costs and investments for technology and resources across the program.
Practice effective dependency and impact management through consistent program approach and communications.
Essential Skills
12‑15 years of experience managing large, complex technology projects involving hardware infrastructure implementations in customer data centres.
Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, high‑value IT infrastructure deployments with significant total contract value.
Ability to articulate key components of HPC and GenAI infrastructure deployments including server, GPU, networking, cabling, and cooling solutions.
Experience in data centres with clear, specific examples.
Strong communication skills in English, capable of handling demanding stakeholder interactions.
Flexibility in working hours across multiple time zones.
Ability to travel and spend regular time at customer sites.
Proactive and assertive approach to resolving issues and managing escalations.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills for influencing and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Extensive program management experience including planning, senior management interfacing, and negotiating with customers and stakeholders.
Experience managing subcontracted parties such as cabling and liquid cooling suppliers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience deploying or managing deployment of large‑scale structured cabling in data centres.
Understanding or experience with direct liquid cooling solutions in data centres.
Previous experience or exposure to NVIDIA GPU products.
PMI certification and experience applying Six Sigma methodology.
Advanced knowledge of business and technology transformation programs.

Work Environment
This is a remote position with 40% travel to Norway and Finland. A significant amount of onsite time at data centres is required during planning phases, with 100% onsite supervision during deployment phases. The work involves managing large‑scale hardware and infrastructure deployments in customer data centres using advanced technologies.
